Initial inspection of new food premise.
Premise has been built according to pre-approved plans.
Items still to be be completed:
- Install liquid handsoap and paper towel dispensers at all handwash sinks.
- Seal all floor/wall joins
- Provide thermometers inside all fridges
- Self-enclosing device required on rear washroom door (facing kitchen)
- All cleaning products and chemicals must be stored separately from food storage.
- Final inspection will be conducted on August 11, 2010.
