Observation: Milk and juice containers being stored on the ice cubes in the ice sink.
Corrective Action: To prevent contamination of ice, do not store anything in the ice sink.

Observation: The food contact surfaces like spatulas, ladles and knives are being stored in the sanitizer solution in between uses. These utensils are coming in contact with the food without getting dried.
Corrective Action: It is highly recommended to use iced water to store the spatulas, ladles and knives in between uses and change the ice water frequently.

-Freezer temperatures below -18 degree Celsius.
-Temperature logs are being maintained and up to date.
-Mechanical dishwasher is providing >50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
- Sanitizer dispenser is providing >200 ppm quat solution.
->200 ppm quat sanitizer available in the spray bottles.
- Hand washing facilities are satisfactory.
-Food storage practices in the refrigeration and freezing units are satisfactory.
-Foodsafe certified food handlers available.
- No signs of any pest infestation.
- The premises is generally well maintained.
-Thermometers provided in all cooling units.
