110. 1) Sale of pizza by the slice has been discontinued.
2) Unrefrigerated pizza sauces are left out at room temperature, for periods of less than 2 hours.
3)Frozen chicken are thawed under refrigeration, at all times.
116. 1) Leaking tap in staff washroom has been repaired.
2) Hose attached to janitorial sink, is hung outside of sink at all times.
3) Cracked/damaged trays are replaced on an on-going basis.
118. 1) Permit to Operate is posted in location visible to the public.
2) New shatterproof covers for all ceiling lights, have been provided.

All other conditions satisfactory.
