| Steps Taken to Remedy: Requests for the well to be shock chlorinated and resampled after a 24 hours period have been made on several occasions. Coliforms continue to show in water samples submitted to the lab since May 03, 2011. | |
| Corrective Actions Remaining: 1. Treatment of the source and/or replacement of the current reservoir (40 years old).
2. Physical/chemical/total metals quality test completed for your water source is required by October 01, 2011.
3. After previously mentioned corrective actions are addressed then two consecutive satisfactory samples must be supplied; taken at least 24 hours apart. |
