This facility is currently under a Boil Water Notice

     Underlying Problems: Unknown, however, results indicate consistent total coliform contamination. Boil water notice necessary to ensure risk is mitigated. Feb 22, 2017 - Back to back samples showing the presence of Total Coliforms have been recorded for this system. Currently unknown as chlorinator is working; as per operator. There may be issues with the seasonal variability of the source and the lack of filtration with this system. Upgrades should be suggested to the operator to improve the overall functioning of the system.
     Steps Taken to Remedy: To be determined - need to assess what operator has done thus far. Feb 22, 2017 - Notification of all tenants will be completed by the operator. Emergency Response Plan activated.
     Corrective Actions Remaining: To be determined - need to assess what operator has done thus far. Feb 22, 2017 - An inspection of this system and operation of the chlorinator is required. Two samples, taken 24 hours apart, at each sample site showing the absence of coliforms and E.coli is required prior to the removal of the boil water notice.
