| Steps Taken to Remedy: Samples collected from the Kitchen and Random Cabin sampling sites came be positive for 12 and 7 Total Coliforms, respectively. A boil water notice was issued and the operator was instructed to resample. | |
| Corrective Actions Remaining: The operator must submit 2 sets of bacteriological samples collected at least 24 hours apart. The boil water notice will be rescinded pending satisfactory results. The operator was also instructed to ensure that the UV disinfection units are working. |
