| Steps Taken to Remedy: Complete the waterworks construction application, receive an approved construction permit, receive and pass an inspection of the water system, and submit water samples for testing showing the absence of E.coli and coliforms. | |
| Corrective Actions Remaining: 1. Submit a water system construction permit application.
2. After approval is granted from the Northern Health Public Health Engineer, complete the construction of the water treatment system
3. An inspection conducted either by the Public Health Engineer or Environmental Health Officer, verifying that the system present matches the system approved in the construction permit.
4. After the previously noted changes have been made; it is required that the results of 2 consecutive water samples, taken a minimum of 24 hours apart and that are absent for Coliforms and E.coli, be submitted to the Health Authority before the removal of the Boil Water Notice will be considered. |
