| 313 | Inadequate treatment Observation: Their current water supply comes from a shallow well with no treatment. Water system has been placed on a Boil Water Notice since 2009. Operator has not submitted the appropriate forms to upgrade the system to meet current regulations. Corrective Action: Operator was advised that until the new well is drilled and approved with an operating permit, their current system must be brought up to compliance. Operator was advised to submit the appropriate forms to Northern Health as soon as possible. Operator was advised to submit current chemical analysis. |
