| 307 | Contamination of finished water - Resevoir Observation: Reservoir is showing signs of degradation and potential structural integrity issues. Water is seeping out and biological build up is apparent on the external walls of the reservoir. An internal assessment of the storage reservoir was not conducted. Corrective Action: An examination of the existing reservoir to look at the structural integrity or replacement of the reservoir should be considered in the next 2-3 years. This process should be completed by a professional. |
| 318 | Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data Observation: Bacteriological sampling required a minimum monthly, from locations that are representative of the distribution system, as approved by the Environmental Health Officer. As of September 03, 2015 a re-enstatement of sampling for bacteriological parameters was requested and as of October 20, 2015 no sample has been provided to the lab for processing. Corrective Action: Sampling is to be submitted immediately. If a sample has been submitted then contact your Environmental Health Officer to discuss. |
