307   Contamination of finished water - Resevoir
Observation: Reservoir is showing signs of degradation and potential structural integrity issues. Water is seeping out and biological build up is apparent on the external walls of the reservoir. An internal assessment of the storage reservoir was not conducted.
Corrective Action: An examination of the existing reservoir to look at the structural integrity or replacement of the reservoir should be considered in the next 2-3 years. This process should be completed by a professional.
318   Inadequate Microbiological Analysis data
Observation: Bacteriological sampling required a minimum monthly, from locations that are representative of the distribution system, as approved by the Environmental Health Officer. As of September 03, 2015 a re-enstatement of sampling for bacteriological parameters was requested and as of October 20, 2015 no sample has been provided to the lab for processing.
Corrective Action: Sampling is to be submitted immediately. If a sample has been submitted then contact your Environmental Health Officer to discuss.

Observation: An up date emergency response plan has not been provided.
Corrective Action: The emergency response plan is to be updated annually and provided to the EHO for review. This plan is to be posted and available for review at time of inspection. Suggest posting all documentation in the well house.

Corrective Action: Clear and clean area around the well pit. This is to be completed after the winter season; by May 2016
