Observation: Received concern via email stating tenants at Lakeview had been without water for three days. A visit to the park and conversation with the operator confirmed this to be true
Corrective Action: You must provide tenants with potable water for drinking and domestic (e.g. cooking, showering, washing hands, toilet flushing, laundering, dish washing etc.) purposes immediately. EHO to follow up tonight to confirm this has been done. Also, you must resolve the issue that is preventing the provision of potable water to your tenants as soon as possible. Contact a plumber, water specialist and any other professional to help resolve this problem. EHO will have their work cell over the weekend and you must be reachable if the problem is not resolved by the Friday. An electrician had been contacted, but their were apparently no issues with power.
