319 | Inadequate Chemical Analysis Data Observation: Last chemistry sample result was submitted in 2010. Chemical sampling is due every 5 years or sooner. Corrective Action: Environmental Health Officer was able to confirmed that chemical sample for pre and post reverse osmosis have been submitted for testing. This violation will remain uncorrected until the chemistry results are received by Northern Health. |
320 | Other (specify below) Observation: Emergency response plan (ERP) is not up to date. Well#2 is no longer being routinely sampled as it is reserved for non-potable use. A section is required on the ERP to explain the response plan for if well#2 has been activated and what to do when well#2 is deactivated. Corrective Action: Operators have verbally discussed scenario plans and demonstrated knowledge of emergency procedures to Environmental Health Officer. Written up to date ERP is still required. Submit an up-to-date ERP to the Environmental Health Officer for review and acceptance. |
