Observation: - Unsatisfactory Treated Water Results Results from audit samples collected during the inspection indicate that bacterial contamination of post-treated water supply is still occurring: Trailer 28: 16 Total Coliforms, no detectable E. coli Trailer 21: no detectable Total Coliforms, no detectable E. coli Trailer 12: 21 Total Coliforms, no detectable E. coli
Corrective Action: Boil water notice must remain in effect. EHO will discuss possible causes of unsatisfactory sample results with operator.

Observation: Routine bacteriological sampling has not been maintained. Samples were last submitted in March 2017 and, prior to that, October 2016.
Corrective Action: Please submit monthly bacteriological samples for analysis. This will demonstrate whether current treatment methods are reliably disinfecting the water supply.
