Comments

- Surface sanitizer available in bucket with presoaked wipes at 100 ppm Chlorine solution.
- All food items are covered.
- Light covers are installed on two of the exposed lights.
- Handwashing station is made readily accessible. Do not store garbage bin in front of the sink.
- General sanitation has improved. Ensure to clean the sides of the fryer as there is significant build up of grease.
- No thawing of frozen fish during the time of inspection. Educated the operator on proper thawing methods.
