Corrective Action: 1. Public notice of water quality should be added to the website [Drinking Water Protection Act, section 15(b)]. 2. Please begin keeping a record of all spills or leaks regardless of size. Record date, volume of hydrocarbon and type.
|Good bacteriological sample submission and sample results. Emergency Response Plan on site and confirmed to be up-to-date. Currently only MACK truck in service; inside of truck tank clean. Owner/operator confirms all potential oil & gas sources are stored outside the 30m limit. Parked vehicles are moved as per operating permit conditions (NOTE: vehicles are to be moved every 7 days rather than every 14 days [condition #10]). Wellhead vehicle barrier and cover in place and secure. Chlorine residual at 0.24 ppm during inspection. Very good activity log maintained with customer information and chlorine residual. Calendar maintained with sampling dates and system maintenance. Twice annual hydrocarbon analysis completed and no hydrocarbon contamination of water supply detected. Good management and maintenance of the water system. Note: Change to operating permit conditions proposed.|
