|Hand-washing sink has soap and paper towels. Viper sanitizer solution measured 500 ppm; test strips are available. High temperature dishwasher measured above 71°C at final rinse. All protective temperatures met health requirements. Temperature logs are up to date. Overall the facility is clean and well maintained. NOTE: FOODSAFE expiration was hand delivered and was discussed.|
