Facility is clean and well maintained. Handsink supplied with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towel. Quats surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm. High temperature dishwasher reaches 71°C at plate level, 82°C at final rinse. All temperatures meet health requirements. Temperature logs are onsite. Last few days are missed. Please ensure records are maintained at least 2 times a daily. Notice for Foodsafe Level 1 certificate expiration hand delivered and discussed at item of inspection
