Comments: Ice machine and some coolers cleaned. Continue with cleaning and ensure all equipment is kept in a clean and sanitary state. Sanitize solution being manually mixed to correct concentration. Quats dispenser posted with sign not to use, company contacted to fix dispenser - do not use dispenser until it can dispense sanitize solution at proper concentration of at least 200 ppm.
