Dishwasher rinse 0 ppm sanitizer. Repair person called. Ensure to check rinse sanitizer daily.
113   Improper Sanitary Facilities
Ensure soap dispenser is replaced when empty. No soap available. Soap dispenser replaced at time of inspection.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Premises in need of cleaning; floor area under equipment, ceilings, walls etc. Remove soiled cardboard boxes from food prep counter. Grease accumulated behind wok equipment, exhaust hood, deep fryer, etc. Cleaning schedule provided to operator. Repair wall behind freezer - wall is broken and not easily cleanable.
Cooler temperatures are 4°C. New compressor provided. Thank you. Above items except for the dishwasher to be completed by June 28, 2018.
