Silver refrigeration unit beside the storage area is operating >(4°) Celsius. Remove all potentially hazardous foods from this unit and do not use until it has been serviced to maintain <(4°) Celsius.
108  Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
At the time of inspection the high temperature dishwasher, ice machine, and flooring in the dish wash area was being replaced/repaired. Ensure all dishes/wares are put through the wash/rinse/sanitize wash cycle until the new dishwasher has been installed.

Flooring in the dish wash area is being repaired along with the above mentioned repairs.
