Check and record refrigeration temperatures on opening and closing. Do opening temperature checks prior to starting food prep.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Clean and tidy the customer washroom each day. Clean exterior of bulk food bins and garbage/recycle bins.
Overall premises is well maintained. Dishwasher is sanitizing properly, final rinse 86°C. All protective temperatures meet Health requirements. Operator to do the above mentioned.
