Comments
General sanitation is good. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Temperature logs were up-to-date. All temperatures meet the Health requirements during the inspection. Fridges measured less than 4°C. Freezers measured less than -18°C. Hot holding was above 60°C. High temperature dishwasher measured 180°F at final rinse gauge. Bleach and water sanitizer measured 200 ppm. Chemicals were store separately and were labelled.
