General clean needed in back prep kitchen/baking area. Light protective covers/tubes needed for lights in food prep area.
Routine inspection. All temperatures meet health requirements. Dishwasher reached 180°F or greater during rinse cycle. Overall facility is well maintained. Recommend screens for windows and screen doors if wanting to be kept open for air flow.
