2 inserts of tomato and meat sauce (precooked and chilled) potatoes (precooked and chilled), washed and cut kale and other condiment items are currently stored in ice bath. The items in ice bath are usually used up by end of day. All potentially hazardous food must be stored in a cooler unit at 4°C or less. If stored in ice bath, a new insert must be replaced every 2 hours and time stamped. All potentially hazardous foods were relocated to cooler unit as they have been stored in ice bath for less than 2 hours.
