Cardboard boxes were observed inside the coolers. Remove. The restroom has unused vanity boxes. Remove. Upper kitchen shelves require cleaning and organizing.

A FOODSAFE certificate is required. There must be at least one food handler with a valid FOODSAFE certificate at the facility at all times. Certificates are only valid for five years. If over five years, certificate must be renewed. Provide copies of FOODSAFE certificates (send copies via e-mail).
