Code Description
110   Food Not Protected - General
A food container was observed inside the cooler without a cover and was stacked on top of other food. Provide a cover - either a lid or plastic wrap.
111   Poor Hygiene and Activities of Food Handlers
Chicken is being cut up and spread out next to unclean dishes at the dish machine area. Clean and organize work area when preparing chicken.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Cardboard boxes were observed inside the coolers. Remove. The restroom has unused vanity boxes. Remove. Upper kitchen shelves require cleaning and organizing.
117   Food Handler Training
A FOODSAFE certificate is required. There must be at least one food handler with a valid FOODSAFE certificate at the facility at all times. Certificates are only valid for five years. If over five years, certificate must be renewed. Provide copies of FOODSAFE certificates (send copies via e-mail).
