Comments
Overall the facility is clean and well maintained. Hand washing sink has soap and paper towel. High temperature dishwasher reached above 71°C at plate level. Surface sanitizing solution was available and measured at 100 ppm. Chlorine test strips were available. Temperature logs are up to date. All protective temperatures met health requirements (coolers were below 4°C; freezers were below -18°C). No violations were noted during the inspection.
