All cold storage temperatures were satisfactory. Hot held foods at more than 60 degrees C. Equipment such as cheese grater attachment are scrubbed clean and washed and sanitized in the dishwasher. Dishwasher rinse cycle reached more than 71 degrees C; glass washer contained 25 ppm iodine. Bleach available on site. Spray bottle in back area, please provide a spray bottle with 100-200 ppm chlorine for each prep station. Food safety information on the walls. Foods are properly organized in storage. Facility is clean and well organized.
