Found cream cheese, herb butter and cooked potatoes stored at room temperature. Previously had asked facility to ensure that all potentially hazardous foods were stored in coolers. Please call to discuss what actions the facility is taking to meet these requirements.
Hand wash sink has soap and paper towel. Coolers 4°C or less. Dishwasher > 180°F. Kitchen clean.
