All protective temperatures met Health requirements. Hand washing sink has soap and paper towels. Quat surface sanitizer measure 200 ppm. Dishwasher final rinse cycle measured 100 ppm free chlorine. Overall the facility is clean and well maintained. Temperature logs are up-to-date. No concerns noted during the inspection. Note: Inspection was conducted based on complaint our office received. Complaint was investigated, no further follow-up required.
