108  Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
The dishwasher is unable to provide sanitizer on the final rinse and must be repaired to dispense at least 50 ppm chlorine in the final rinse. The dish wares will require sanitizing by hand until the dishwasher final rinse is corrected. The correction for the dishwasher requires your immediate attention.
