Repair/replace dispenser or manually mix solution per manually mix solution per manufacture's instructions (quats), or 3.33 mL bleach (6%) to 1L water. Quats test strips should be available in order to verify concentration.

Ice machine requires cleaning and insides of coolers and freezers.

Comments: Cooler and freezer temperatures good. Dishwasher sanitize temperatures good. Soap, paper towels and hot water available. Sanitizer available - bleach and quats. Cleanliness and organization satisfactory, except as noted.
