Cooler temperatures are all below 4°C. Environmental sanitizer in buckets is at 500 ppm hydrogen peroxide. Temperature logs are maintained daily. The hand sink is supplied with soap and paper towels. Good organization is noted in the coolers. The facility is maintained in a clean condition. The dishwasher sanitizer level is at 50 ppm. Logs have been maintained up to the end of January. Ensure that logs are maintained daily. Test strips are on site.
