Upright fridge at the back is still holding above 4°C. Staff said they are only using it for whole vegetables but during the inspection there was cut mushrooms, meat and wontons observed in cooler. Relocate food immediately (temperature of fridge is between 8-11°C).

Cleanliness has approved. Enforcement actions including but not limited to violation tickets etc and/or closure will be explored if you do not follow the food premises regulation and hold food below 4°C.
