Droppings are noted in back storage area. Continue to set traps and monitor for pest activity. Continue to seal holes (ceilings).

Back area needs to be cleaned and old equipment removed, due June 1, 2018.

Monitor cooler temperatures. Provided temperature record sheets.
|Hand washing sink had both soap and paper towels. Dishwasher final rinse temperature measured at 50 ppm. Bleach and water sanitizer for wiping food contact surfaces measured at 100 ppm. All protective temperatures met health requirements during the inspection. Note: FoodSafe expiration notice was hand delivered to the operator and discussed.|
