Routine inspection conducted today. Facility is overall clean and sanitary. All hot holding (≥ 60°C) and cold holding (≤ 4°C) protective temperatures are in compliance with the Health requirements. Mechanical ware washer is properly reaching sanitizing at 50 ppm chlorine. 200 ppm quat surface sanitizer is in place. Protective temperature records are up-to-date. No concerns identified at the time of the inspection.
