Do not store open buckets of soup directly on the floor. Cool on countertops or top of chest freezer. Use a cold water ice bath to cool soups. Do not store food near mop bucket.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Thoroughly clean the kitchen to include floor, walls, equipment, shelving and area behind stand-up freezers. Please complete the repairs to the flooring within three weeks.
