Bleach and water sanitizer was strong - bleached out test strips. Mix solution to 100 ppm (half a teaspoon bleach per one litre of water).

Onions were found on the floor of the back storage area. Foods should be stored off the floor.

Mouse droppings were found especially in the back storage area. Clean area and monitor for pest activity. Seal entry points and lay more traps (many traps were not against the wall or were not set).

Organize back area and ensure area is thoroughly cleaned (example: around flour bin). Remove unnecessary items in back.

Facility is required to monitor and record cooler and freezer temperatures daily.
|All coolers measured less than 4°C. Freezers measured less than -18°C. Bleach and water sanitizer available. hand washing sink was equipped with soap and paper towels. Dishwasher final rinse cycle measured 50 ppm bleach.|
