New fridge equipment installed. Fridge is < 4°C. Soap and paper towel on site. Bleach used as a sanitizer. To correct: Multiple surfaces have a heavy build up of grease/old food. Please clean all surfaces focusing on: floors/area under cooking equipment; walls/shelves in kitchen area; area near window. Install screen on window. Record fridge temperatures daily.
