Caulking and re-caulking is required around sinks.
Facility is generally clean. Bleach and water sanitizer was available and measured 100 ppm. High temperature dishwasher reached 71°C at dish plate level. All protective temperatures met health requirements. Coolers measured less than 4°C. Freezers were below -18°C. Hot holding unit was above 60°C. Temperature logs are up to date. Hand-washing sinks had both soap and paper towel.
