Facility is clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures met health requirements during the inspection. Coolers measured below 4°C; freezers below -18°C. High temperature dishwasher measured above 71°C at plate (180°F on gauge). Viper sanitizing solution is available and measured 500ppm. Test strips available for checking concentration. Temperature and sanitation logs are up to date.
