At time of inspection foods from an unapproved source were removed. Ensure all foods come from an approved facility. In reference to Carrie Lynn Cupcakes being sold at retail.
All temperatures meet health requirements. Dishwasher measured above 50 ppm chlorine. Handwash sink has liquid soap and paper towel. Quats used as sanitizer. Facility is clean and well maintained.
