The following items require attention: Clean the spill around the kombucha cooler. Clean the food spill under the dry storage shelves. This cleaning will prevent the attraction of pests.
Facility is generally clean. Temperature logs are up to date. Dishwasher reached above 71°C at dish level. Sanitizing solution measured at 100 ppm free chlorine. Hand washing sinks have both soap and paper towels from dispensers. Caulking work has been completed. Note: Ensure liner and taps for kombucha dispenser are properly cleaned and sanitized.
