Salad prep cooler and grill prep cooler are both measuring above 4°C. Units must be serviced or readjusted to maintain 4°C or below at all times.
108  Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
No detectable amount of sanitizer in both dishwasher and glass washer in patio area. Dishwasher was adjusted and producing 100 ppm chlorine at end of inspection. Glass washer requiring servicing to ensure it is able to maintain 50 - 100 ppm chlorine.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Two tiles are missing kitchen area near salad prep cooler. Replacements are required as soon as possible to avoid accumulation of water and debris.
