Routine inspection conducted. All temperatures meet health requirements. Dishwasher measured at 50 ppm chlorine during sanitation rinse. Quats used as food contact sanitizer. Temperatures are monitored and recorded. Facility is clean and well maintained. No concerns at time of inspection.
