Clean ceiling vents and area around them. Clean beneath cook line and in corners and around equipment. Clean beneath prep line and in compression cabinet. Walls in certain areas of kitchen could do with painting.

Chinese cooking will be discontinued this evening. Old freezer near dish pit slated for removal.
