Move bags of food away from hand wash area, store products on shelving to allow for cleaning and to prevent contamination.
All refrigeration units are operating at correct temperatures. High temperature dishwasher rinse temperature measured at 180°F or greater. Temperatures are being monitored and recorded. Note: Ice wands being used to cool large containers of rice. Recommend placing in shallow pans and cooling in fridge to ensure product cools properly.
