Back door was left open during the inspection. Ensure door is closed or screened to prevent the entry of pests.
Overall facility is clean and well maintained. Bleach and water surface sanitizer is available for wiping food contact surfaces. Solution measured 100 ppm during the inspection. Hand-washing sink was equipped with soap and paper towels. Temperature logs were up to date. All protective temperatures met health requirements during the inspection. High temperature dishwasher reached 71°C at plate level during the inspection. Manual dishwashing procedures discussed. Test strips available.
