Replace the damaged and rusting mixers used for mixing pizza sauces.
113   Improper Sanitary Facilities
Install a screen door at the rear entrance in order to restrict pest ingress. Provide traps for flies that have entered the building.
Routine inspection conducted. Overall facility is clean and sanitary. All hot holding (greater than 60°C) and cold holding (less than 4°C) protective temperatures are in compliance with health requirements. Mechanical warewasher is properly sanitizing at 82°C measured at the manifold. Protection temperature records are up-to-date. Follow-up inspection in one week.
