Actions Taken:
Issue Permit
A revised Permit to Operate has been issued with the following updated conditions:
Implement your Cross-Connection Control Plan.
Maintain the Uni-Directional Flushing Program annually.
Maintain a Drinking Water Quality Sampling Program as prescribed.
Minimum bacteriology sampling frequency is 25 per month (distribution).
Implement the Ground Water Resource Protection Plan.
Review the Emergency Response Plan and update annually.
Report annually the monitoring results as prescribed.
Confirm long term plans for Blackcomb and Agnew Creek supply sources.
Develop a Source Protection Plan for 21 Mile Creek supply (reference CS2TA Guidelines).

Comments:
The bacteriological sample range report for 2010 indicates excellent water quality was maintained within the distribution system throughout the year. Of the 470 samples submitted for analysis, none (0%) were positive for total coliform bacteria. As noted above, a revised Permit to Operate has been issued in accordance with our meetings and consultations. Please advise if you notice any discrepancies on your permit based on our previous discussions. We will coordinate a further meeting in the near future to review options for developing and implementing a cross connection control program.
