Actions Taken:
Issue Permit
A revised Permit to Operate has been issued with the following conditions:
Implement your Cross-Connection Control Program.
Maintain the Uni-Directional Flushing Program.
Maintain a Drinking Water Quality Sampling Program as prescribed.
Minimum bacteriology sampling frequency is 25 per month.
Review the Well Protection Plan for each well source.
Review the Emergency Response Plan and update annually.
Report annually the monitoring results as prescribed.
This Permit includes operation of the Cheakamus Crossing water distribution system in accordance with RMOW correspondence dated October 29, 2008.
Information Exchanged
We have received and accept your EOCP Facility Classification documents (Class IV Distribution); and your Operator Certification documents which meet our expectation in view of your system classification. As we discussed, a further review of your treatment classification would be appropriate once the UV treatment system has been installed and commissioned.

A follow up report will be generated in January 2009 with the bacteriological sample range report for 2008.
