Comments:
1) The RMOW Cross Connection Control program outlined in your memo of May 20th, 2008 is accepted. As we discussed please provide an annual update of your activities in the RMOW Annual Drinking Water Report. 2) Your Annual Drinking Water Report for 2007 is acknowledged and accepted. 3) The Uni-Directional Flushing Program is accepted and we note you were able to achieve 100% of the flushing for 2007/08. As we further discussed we recommend you report future activities in your Annual Drinking Water Report. 4) Your Emergency Response Plan has been updated as of May 2008. Kindly forward a pdf version for attachment to our information system. We note the RMOW is currently in progress with updating and implementing a well head protection strategy. Also we look forward to finalizing the Construction Permit for the installation of UV disinfection equipment on the 21-Mile Creek intake. Outstanding items to be supplied in support of your CPA include final drawings from your Engineering Consultant together with an outline of your long term water supply strategy commitment.
